    Hi team, 

    Hope you are doing well. Besides the Historical Adherence, is there any report that could be created or to download to know which agents arrive late based on their schedule? indicating how many minutes or hours?

    Just tagging into the 'late' conversation - is there any way for the system to automatically code an agent as Late when they are late to log into their shift?

    There's a possibility you can pull this data from the schedules export their activities. You'll need to filter this data to get what you need.
