    There is a way to see what location an agent is in when they sign into PureCloud?

    Any insights would be helpful

    Hi David,

    You can see location on the agent profile if its enabled: Select your location

    Thank you for providing this information. This was very helpful, and I was able to get this over to the supervisor that sent over requested information. Seeing as well, of being able to pull data based on that information?
