  • 1.  Loss Prevention/Fraud Situation

    Hello Team,

    Our company's fraud department is interested to see if Genesys Cloud has the ability to assist with integrating with one of our credit tools that manages if a customer receives an e-signature for their finance form. Was wondering if Genesys would be a good tool with this and to discuss with our fraud manager to see if this could work as we aren't looking to spend a lot on an integration because our ERP system will be completed sometime in 2025.

    Hi Matthew,

    I'll reach out and see if we can find someone to discuss this with you and your fraud manager.  In the meantime maybe someone else in the community has already done something similar and can give some insight on how they did it.
