Hi Shelby. Low latency enabled means that you will get the transcription faster via the transcription notifications api. There is a use case if you are using the notifications API but if you are not using API notifications, there is no use case to enable it.

We are looking at activating it for the SF integration.  Are there any downsides to turning Low Latency Transcriptions on?  Does it impact other things, or sacrifice transcription accuracy?
