I understand you're facing challenges with the WHI forecast you mentioned in your first post. It can be frustrating when things don't work as expected. To clarify, WHI forecasts won't show up in the Main Forecast UI; you'll need to access them through the Forecast menu option instead.
I'm sorry to hear about the error you're encountering. If possible, could you try generating an Automatic Best Method forecast? Also, do you have any historical interaction data available in Genesys Cloud?
