My name is Zoe Beatty, and I would love to see more collaboration between Multicloud CX end users relating to WFM and Reporting (real-time and historical).
Specific to reporting: I would like to know how others are customizing agent and contact center statistics reports, since there are various constraints in the Cloud environment.
I would also like to see improvements in WFM, and the Agent Experience (for example: time out schedule & no notification of upcoming scheduled activities)
