While I can't speak to your specific issue, we are always looking for better headsets for the same issue. Some information I found online regarding these two shows the 75 is just better at noise cancellation than the 65.

some of our agents are using Jabra Evolve2 65 in home office and experiencing problems with the microphone-noise-cancelling-feature of the headset in Genesys. While making a call via Genesys nearly all surrounding sounds are hearable for the customer. While making calls via Teams the problem does not occur.
Other Agents that are using Jabra Engage 75 do not have this problem.
I checked every setting in Windows and in Genesys and made tests. The headset is properly connected and configured in Genesys.
Do you have any hints what to do, to make noise cancelling working better?
