  • 1.  Missing Calibration Results Tab

    Hi,

    Is there a known issue where the Calibration Results tab is missing from the Interaction Details page? We have a ticket open but still with our Telecom team.

    I am missing this tab as well. Would like to know how to get that added to our screens as well.

    Hi both, did you get any further with this issue? I'm experiencing this myself as an Admin & I look to have all the relevant permissions.

    Hello Chris, 

    This maybe a resurfaced glitch in the UI. I would open a ticket with Customer Care UI team as they will need to check to see whats going on under the hood. Please provide them with console and network logs.
