I conducted a training for our in office agents this morning, getting them ready for the new Multi Contextual Panel conversion.

Some feedback I have heard from multiple agents now, is in the Multi Contextual Panel, the Secure Pause no longer turns red in addition to the icon changing to a lock symbol, when it is turned "on" i.e. the recording is paused. This is something it does on the current view- turns red when they secure pause a recording.

This is causing confusion for the agents as its such a subtle change in the multi contextual panel view. The icon changes only, but its so slight they are not sure its actually paused. This also causes them to forget to resume the recording, once they have completed what they were pausing the recording for. 

Is this something the developers can review and see about making it turn red, as it currently does?

Thank you for your feedback... I will definitely follow-up with our engineering team to review what our options.  However I recall the decision to move away from the red icon was related to accessibility requirements /certifications.
