    The Genesys Cloud Product Roadmap webinar that took place on Wednesday briefly mentioned the Multi Contextual panel that will be released to all users on March 31, 2025.  Is there any kind of training video on how to utilize this coming feature?

    Hi Sam, 
    I know we're close to release now, I could not find anywhere that answered this question in the documentation.

    I was wondering if there is a way to restrict what panels the agents see...
    for example it automatically pops to the contact list when loading a call, 
    but really we would only want to see the journey tab for our agents.

    is it possible to restrict views?

    Hi Lee

    You can set the default panels for interactions: Specify default panels for agent interactions 

    I hope that helps, if not then you should definitely ask in the Genesys Cloud - UI New Features community
