  • 1.  Multi-Factor Authentication Code not recevied on my Mobile

    Hi Everyone,

    I have formated my mobile post that i am not getting multi-factor authentication code (Time-based Generator) on Microsoft Authenticator app on my mobile while login on purecloud.

    Please help me out here.

    Hi Pankaj,
    I believe you will need an admin to reset your MFA: Reset MFA devices of users
