@Nicholas Robinson Just wondering if there are any plans to look at this? Our early adopters are providing feedback that our script panel is too small for them to work and without some way of using the space or resizing the panel other than the defaults, this change will be seen as having lost some functionality. This is one of my main concerns as well that makes the agent experience worse.

If there's free space one panel should be able to use it all instead of having unused space on the desktop, or for calls have script take up the rest of the screen as you can with the old UI.

Eccentex and our customers have a similar request about the sizing and layouts.

Here is our advanced email premium app in the current configuration without multi panel. As you see it takes up the full interaction widget real estate based on sizing.

Here is our advanced email premium app with multi-panel enabled. As you see, we lose about 30% of the agent's working area, with the balance taken up by white space that has no function. The ability to fully size this panel, when no other panels are active, would be critical for our customers. Thank you
