By granting the relevant permission, will users be able to opt in/out from the interaction settings screen? Conversely, does it mean that users without the permission will not be able to opt in/out from the interaction settings screen?

I understand that the opt-in/opt-out management feature for the Multi-Contextual Panel will be generally available by the end of October, but will the relevant permission only be available to organizations that have applied for the beta version until it becomes generally available?

I am confused about the release date of the multi-contextual panels feature as you stated that 'Multicontextual Panel Opt in/out Admin permission will be available in GA on Q1 2025'. Is the essential 'Agent UI multiple contextual panels' feature still set to launch in October as scheduled, or will it be delayed until Q1 2025?

Loving the new MultiContextual Panel, and our clients who have seen it are loving the new view as well. It greatly improves the speed of accessing and managing all the available features.

One key feature that some customers will miss is the ability to click the copy interaction from the icon in the top of the old view. Currently, we've added a button in a script to replicate this functionality, but it requires too much navigation between pages. Would it be possible to integrate this directly into the new interface?
