It was a simple silly mistake.
there are multiple columns in the contact list - for eg mail contact , mail contact phone number etc...
By mistake i had the mail contact selected as Phone columns in contact list. it should be mail contact phone number. so it was not displaying the 3rd contact number.

I have configured outbound preview Campaign with a contact list comprising of 3 contact numbers ( daytime, cell, evening) per contact
when i start the campaign i can only see 2 x contact numbers ( first 2 numbers) that can be dialed on the preview screen. Going through the documentation i understood 2nd contact would be dialed if 1st contact is unreachable and 3rd contact if 2nd unreachable and so on. So i am guessing agent will have option to dial any of the 3 contact numbers configured. Am i missing something in configuration as i am not able to see 3rd contact number in the preview screen ??
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
