Beyond is excited to announce a new video about the updated Agent UI in Genesys Cloud. In this video, we provide an overview of the Genesys Cloud opt-in for multipanel and agent configuration options. This video will also be posted in the Agent Platform dashboard for subscribers.

At this time, the opt-in UI opportunity has been made available to participating customers and, although Agents have the choice to switch their interface to the new UI, the overall opt-in participation will be made at the customer level.

Within this video, agents will learn:

·         how to opt into the new Agent UI beta functionality, via Settings

·         how to resize, reorganize and "pin" tool panels using the beta Agent UI

·         how to use the redesigned interaction buttons
