The Genesys Cloud: AI – Digital Bots & Knowledge certification tests students on the following self-service subjects with a focus on AI features – Genesys Digital Bot Flows setup, configuration, and usage, as well as the Genesys knowledge management solution - Knowledge Workbench. This exam will validate an individual's Genesys Cloud AI platform expertise and is intended for Business Users and System Administrators responsible for these self-service solutions.
