This course introduces WFM Support Roles to the Genesys Cloud Workforce Management (WFM) performance views. Here, you will learn to monitor your workforce's current day performance and real-time schedule adherence using Intraday Monitoring and Real-Time Adherence views. You will also learn how to investigate their workforce's historical performance, schedule adherence, and activity data using Historical Adherence and Historical Shrinkage views.
