Hello Genesys Community,
Great news! We're excited to announce that an enhancement to the Historical Data Import (HDI) will be launched this week. This update makes it easier for administrators to handle multiple files, allowing you to upload them without affecting any already uploaded files. Each file will now have its own unique historical end date and will only impact the queues and media included in that file. This means you can launch lines of business in steps, making your job a bit easier by not having to manage a single historical file for all of Genesys Cloud WFM. A Queue and media combination can only exist in a single file. If the Queue and Media combination in the new file was already uploaded in a previous file, the import fails. Additionally, the Historical Data Import will now store up to 50 files with a combined storage limit of 5GB.
Here is an example of how multiple files can be imported.

As part of this enhancement, there is a new UI to help manage multiple UI's.

Note: The Historical Data Import requires a nightly run to import and purge a file from the system. The historical data import is intended to help "cold" start wfm when there is no history in Genesys Cloud for a Queue and Media combination.
