We are pleased to share that Coaching and Learning now support configurable activity codes in Genesys Cloud.
Workforce Admins can find the settings under the Scheduling tab for Business Units:

These settings determine the code that is used when booking all Coaching/Learning activities for the BU. Out of the box they continue to use the default Training activity code. However you are now free to define the code that is used so long as it conforms to one of the following Category types:
- Meeting
- Training
- Off Queue
If for instance you wish to differentiate from the default Training code for reporting purposes. You can now create a custom code and assign it one of the aforementioned categories. As you can see above I have done just that by creating a "Coaching" code.
Once set, the code will display along with the name of the Coaching appointment/Learning assignment within the schedule view for both agents and schedulers.
