We are pleased to announce that Coaching has received a revamp to its UI that brings more options when creating your appointments. There is also a new enhanced view for conducting appointments that puts all of the key information front and centre.

Coaching appointments are now created and edited with a step by step wizard. This includes the following new features:

1. Sharing Insights - Decide if insight data should be included in appointment at creation time, providing a helpful overview to help guide development discussions.
2. Location - You can now add a location or URL to your appointments directly.
3. Optional Schedule Toggle - By default when using WFM this toggle will be set to on. Disabling it will enable you to create appointments outside of the Workforce Management schedule.
4. Confirmation Screen - Ensure you are happy with all the details before confirming your appointment.

Conducting the Appointment

Launching an appointment now presents a new view that collates all information into a single screen. Here you can see all of your Coaching details, Performance Insights (if shared with the attendee), alongside attachments.

Notes have now moved to a prominent location to help keep them front and centre and help facilitate the discussion.
