Subject: New Feature - Present Dates in WFM to Agents so they can be understood Internationally
Thanks for your post. The feature released is specifically for WFM Agent users first due to the impact (imagine requesting the wrong date for time off), but it is only the beginning. The same date, time, number localization capability based on your browser setting will be enabled for all user types and UIs in future releases.

Hi,
This may be unrelated, but I found this post while searching online for my question: Is it possible to change the date format in general within WFM? We are based in the UK but all the dates are in US format. This is more specifically for the WFM admins than the agents. Example here from the Time-Off Requests page:

Hello all, I am happy to introduce a new feature, planned to roll out during the week of November 18-22, which will give Genesys Cloud Workforce Management Agents more control over the date and time formats in the Genesys Cloud WFM Schedule pages. Workforce management agents can now enable date and time formats that match their regional preferences, based on their Genesys Cloud language settings and their browser's local language configuration. The agent's browser language settings will refine how Genesys Cloud displays dates and times in the Schedule pages within the Activity view. For example, an agent with an English language preference in Genesys Cloud who uses a browser set to English (United Kingdom) sees dates in day/month/year order and times in 24-hour format. An agent with the same English preference but a browser set to English (United States) sees dates in month/day/year order and times in AM/PM format. If the agent's internet browser's language is not a sub-locale of their Genesys Cloud preferences language setting, then dates and times will be displayed based only on the Genesys Cloud setting.
While those examples are for English, this feature supports sub-locales of any of the Genesys Cloud supported languages, example - French (France), French (Canada), etc.
Some Side-by-side examples of two agents who both have their Genesys Cloud language preference set to English, but with different English sub-locales in their individual internet browser settings, first an image of the configuration, then a few examples of results in the Schedule pages:
