    the old one would give daily tasks and you could see points and rewards this cant be seen any more and not clear on how you get up the levels 

    I had a lot of points in the previous version which could have been changed to rewards which I can no longer see

    Hey Ziyaad, 

    I am working with the Advocacy/GCAP team on this transition, and will allow them to address any questions/concerns that you have and provide more context. You can also email them directly (advocacy@Genesys.com). Here is what I know:

    1) Your points are not gone! They will be coming back. 

    2) There will be challenges available, the team is working on that implementation and will be providing updates in the community. Genesys Casual (the community this conversation is taking place in) is a great community to keep following because we will share major GCAP/Advocacy updates here.

    Hopefully things start to make sense and look more familiar shortly.

    Thanks for that and what about the rewards I could have changed for will that return?

    i was looking to change some of my points this january

    also is there anywhere that shows how you can earn points in the new system?
