This course explains External Contacts in Genesys Cloud and explores how they support customer identity within the Event Data Platform (EDP). In addition, this course covers methods for importing and synchronizing External Contacts, including CSV-based imports and API automation.

As far as I'm aware, Genesys does not publicly list the pricing for the Education Learning Subscription, so you would typically need to contact the Genesys Education or Sales team for the current subscription costs.

If you're only looking to access a specific course, it may be worth reaching out to Genesys Education to see whether there are individual course enrolment options available, as a full learning subscription may not always be required. Hopefully, someone from the Genesys Education team can provide the latest pricing and subscription options.
