Hello Genesys Community, 

Next month we will be releasing a feature which will allow supervisors to disable access to Genesys Tempo^TM for their employees. Genesys Tempo^TM is our Workforce Management application which allows users to manage their work schedule from their mobile device. It is available on both the Apple store and Google Play store and is free to download for Genesys Cloud users. This new permission will allow you to control who is allowed to login and use the app. To navigate this feature Admin > Roles/ Permissions > Add Role.

We do not currently have a way for admin to see which agents are using the mobile app. If this is something you would like us to look into, please do create a new idea in our Product Ideas Lab, see here https://genesysbeyond.ideas.aha.io/. This is how we prioritize our customer ideas as potential product updates.
