I just finished watching the video and it was a great insight to some questions I might've had in future.

One of my questions you can include in your future videos, is -
I'm configuring Genesys Cloud for one of our EMEA Clients, and while configuring Time-Zone I did not find an option to -
- adjust the time-zones for DST changes.
For example, Italy or Portugal do not have their specific TZs, they follow CET. The only close options to select are - Europe/paris & Europe/Prague.
So, Do we have to adjust the time manually (i.e.+-1 hr in every 6 months?)
