    Beyond is excited to announce a new recorded webinar on Staffing Groups. 

    This webinar recording introduces you to a new WFM feature called Staffing Groups. With Staffing Groups, you can configure a smaller group of agents and apply Time-Off Limits and Time-Off plans for these groups. This webinar is best suited for System Administrators.
