    Hi, this is Olga from the UX Research team.

    We are looking for Workforce Managers to understand how they handle operational issues like:

    • Workforce-related anomalies (e.g., absenteeism, scheduling gaps, forecasting misalignment) 
    • Service performance deviations (e.g., SLA failures, queue backlogs, customer escalations)
    • Agent behavior inconsistencies (e.g., extreme variations in handling time, unexpected inactivity)

    It is a 5-minute survey and, if you complete it, you will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win two $50USD gift cards. 

    Last day: 19th March.
