We are looking for Workforce Managers to understand how they handle operational issues like:
- Workforce-related anomalies (e.g., absenteeism, scheduling gaps, forecasting misalignment)
- Service performance deviations (e.g., SLA failures, queue backlogs, customer escalations)
- Agent behavior inconsistencies (e.g., extreme variations in handling time, unexpected inactivity)
