    A new recorded Webinar called Genesys Cloud WFM Activity Plans is now available on the Beyond Catalog.

    Activity Plans are based on service goal predictions, allowing supervisors to schedule these meetings without causing issues for Schedulers and Forecasters. Activity Plans add the scheduled time to the agent's schedule once it's run, so the time is blocked off for them to use for this activity. The webinar provides an overview of the following topics: Course Outline: Activity Plans overview, Activity Plans Creation, General Settings, Attendees, Facilitators, Service Goal Override, and Session Availability.

    This webinar recording is ideal for anyone interested in Genesys Cloud Workforce Activity Plans.
