    A new eLearning course called Genesys Cloud: WFM – Creating Schedules is now available in the Beyond catalog and on the Resource Management for WFM Support Roles learning path. 

    This course helps WFM Support people understand scheduling with Genesys Cloud Workforce Management (WFM) and its benefits. It provides guidance on how to create schedules using both forecasting as well as blank schedules and how to maintain them.
