  • 1.  Not able to delete Schedule Recurring Export but able to delete the ones for "Run Once"

    Been unable to delete schedule exports in the inbox that are recurring but don't have a problem when it comes to any that was run once.

    When I tried to deleted a recurring report I get a 400 bad request error. My account has all the permission to delete exports. Has anyone seen this issue before?

    is it because its part of a schedule and that needs to be deleted in order for it to work?

    Hello Jason, 

    This might be because of a dependency. Do you get any other errors with this? Specifically in the UI?

    No it just won't delete the export at all unless the schedule export that is recurring is deleted entirely so looks like it is a dependency.

    We've made the fix and are working on preparing it for production. Current, tentative ETA is early next week.

    Good Morning,

    I saw that the tentative ETA was early this week. I was just checking to see if that was still the ETA. I'm still receiving "Error Deleting Export
    There was an error deleting your export. Please try again later." when trying to delete exports.

    We do our deploys over the span of a few days, and they started yesterday. We expect all regions should have the fix by Thursday if all goes to plan.
