  • 1.  Not able to update contact list data as the participant data in the Call log

    Hi Everyone,

    We have created a outbound campaign and have created a outbound script for the same , we utilize the inbuilt outbound variables of the contact list form and save them to the participant data in the call log. However when we are adding new contacts to the list or recycling the campaign or turning it on /off , the participant data is shown as {{dailer.columnname}} even though in the screen pop up the contact list form component shows the value from the column of the contact list.

    If anyone have encounter this issue, please let us know. We need help with solving this issue.

    Hello Amita, 

    This kind of sounds like a glitch in the UI. My best recommendation would be to open a ticket with the Customer Care Script Team and provide them all information you can and they can take a look to see whats going on under the hood and escalate through the proper channels if needed. 

    Please provide them with the script name/guid and go into detail with screen shots. This would really help the Care engineer moving forward.
