    I have an agent receiving this error on their widget.  "Large Number of Shift Notifications: Loading a subset of Requests "  They're not able to make outbound calls but can receive calls.

    Morning Tracey:

    Although I don't have an explanation for it, nor is there any documentation about it, you're not alone. One of our users also experienced this same issue on Monday. It cleared after they logged out/back in, but was strange indeed.

    Next time it happens, we plan to open a Support Case per the advice in a similar thread this time last year. The problem I see though is it's not easy to pin down to a specific user & replicate (which we all know is important because Support typically requires replication steps & logs.)

    With that last point in mind, ideally someone within Genesys WEM sees this thread and can explain the conditions that would lead their code/design to generate that error to begin with. That way we can keep an eye out for those conditions.

    Looks like it is specific to CRM web client and not coming directly from Workforce Management code or user interface. I sent this thread to the director of the team, @Travis Cawthorn, who is responsible for the CRM web client. I would recommend opening a support ticket, noting this is specific to the CRM web client, if you want updates and such.
