Talvez essa seja minha maior lição com Genesys Cloud: documentação me ensina a funcionalidade; troubleshooting me ensina a plataforma.

I think Genesys Cloud has taught me the same lesson over and over again: reading the documentation is only the beginning.
I learn something new in practice almost every day.
Even when I find exactly what I need in the documentation, or see that someone has already implemented something similar, I realized that I only truly learn it when I build it myself, test it, make mistakes, investigate the behavior, and eventually get it working.
I've encountered all kinds of situations: triggers behaving differently than I expected, Architect limits that only became visible when I pushed a flow far enough, Data Actions that worked perfectly in isolation but behaved differently inside Architect, payload limitations, routing behavior, APIs...
Over time, that even changed the way I develop solutions.
Today, I rarely consider that I truly understand a solution until I've tested it with real scenarios, looked at the Execution Data, analyzed the APIs involved and, most importantly, tried to find where it breaks.
Maybe that's the biggest lesson Genesys Cloud has taught me: documentation teaches me the feature; troubleshooting teaches me the platform.
