The Genesys Community's first Olympic Game for the 2024 season is about to begin. The game is the classic video game Brick Breaker, with a Genesys twist. A prize goes to the player with the highest score. 

Instructions and Rules: 

1. Go to AppFoundry.
2. Search the term "Falkens Maze". That will bring up the game.
3. Click the "Love To" button.
4. You have 6 levels to choose from, follow your instincts.
5. The game gives you 3 lives (represented by the Genesys "G" in the upper left of the game screen.
6. Break as many bricks as you can with one(1) life.  
7. As soon as that life ends, grab a screen shot.
   1. Note: The game may autoplay, so grab the screenshot FAST.
8. Return to this thread and upload your screenshot. It should look like this:

Note there are only two(2) Gs next to the score.

Scores are due by end of day on Friday, August 2nd.

Hey all, we try to make the rules so that it is fair for everyone to compete and we also try to make things challenging. With this game in particular, we ran into a speed bump because the game allows for extra lives, so it is hard to tell exactly when the first life ended. 

You can probably guess that in our testing, no one made it far enough to get an extra life. 

As such, you can now use all of your lives to complete the game and we are looking at your HIGHEST SCORE. 

Current Record Holder: Zubayet Zaman with 84,295 points!

He will be difficult to beat, but impossible to beat...not sure!

Hey all, we try to make the rules so that it is fair for everyone to compete and we also try to make things challenging. With this game in particular, we ran into a speed bump because the game allows for extra lives, so it is hard to tell exactly when the first life ended. 

You can probably guess that in our testing, no one made it far enough to get an extra life. 

As such, you can now use all of your lives to complete the game and we are looking at your HIGHEST SCORE. 

Current Record Holder: Zubayet Zaman with 84,295 points!

He will be difficult to beat, but impossible to beat...not sure!

2. Search the term "Falkens Maze". That will bring up the game.
3. Click the "Love To" button.
4. You have 6 levels to choose from, follow your instincts.
5. IMPORTANT The game gives you 3 lives (represented by the Genesys "G" in the upper left of the game screen. Extra lives can be earned as your points increase.
6. Break as many bricks as you can and go for the highest score.  
7. Grab a screen shot.
   1. Note: Your high score is in the upper left of your game's screen.
8. Return to this thread and upload your screenshot. It should look like this:

Scores are due by end of day on Friday, August 2nd.

A prize wall prize goes to the champion and everyone who plays gets the Genesys Community's Olympic Badge!

If you want an additional challenge before Game 2 begins next Wednesday, register for a MInute-to-Win-It session with your favorite community teammates.
