Hi Francis! Thank you for taking the time to put together this feedback.

There are some valuable learnings for our team here about how we can continue to evolve the Orchestrators experience and make some of these activities easier to navigate. Please know that we hear you, we appreciate you taking the time to share these ideas, and we're incorporating as much feedback as possible into every new feature we release.

In the next few days, we have some exciting new features coming to Orchestrators. As we've been doing our final testing to make sure everything is running smoothly, it looks like one of our code changes accidentally went live too soon. We were testing the ability to customize the number of optional badges for each tier based on your role and temporarily increased the number of additional activities to ensure the feature was working. The increase from 5 to 6 additional activities at the Maestro tier was just a test and should not have been published. We corrected this as soon as we caught the mistake, but it might take a moment for that change to reflect in your view.

We are not increasing the number of additional activities required to complete a tier, and we wouldn't make any changes to tier requirements without accompanying announcements to make all users aware.

We do have some new badges planned for release at Xperience and in the following weeks, to offer more ways to engage and advance in your Orchestrators journey. Starting soon, you'll have additional opportunities to earn badges, from attending partner events like Genesys Spark to participating in Orchestrate Your Day, where you can earn points and badges as you build daily login streaks. We're also going to be retiring select badges, based in part on feedback we've received from Orchestrators.

A major part of this update that we've been testing is that these new requirements will not impact your current status. If you've already unlocked a tier under its previous requirements, or with a now-retired badge, you will still retain that status. Any updates we make to our Orchestrators tiers will only apply as you set your sights on what's next!
