  • 1.  Outbound campaign push preview is not working

    Hi Genesys expert, I'm facing an issue where the campaign dial mode functions properly in preview mode but does not work in push preview. Specifically, after the pop-up appears in push preview, no record data is displayed. Additionally, in the campaign tab, the "Get Record" button is unclickable.

    Hello Syazwan,

    More than 4 years ago, we implemented such a solution for one of our customers.

    I didn't remember all the details, but it wasn't simple.

    1. As I remember, the main idea of the "Push Preview Mode" is no need to press "Get Record"  for the next call
    2. Can Your agent call the customer after getting the "call record" (preview screen)?
    3. What "record data" You want to see?

    Hi. We have implemented a lot of PushPreview campaigns. We always set them to an InteractionQueue where we have attached a IRD routing strategy that will do the routing to the agents. OCS will create an outboundpreview interaction for the records in the dialing list you will need to route somewhere.
