Hello,In September, we will be releasing Outbound Email Campaigns in Genesys Cloud.
With the release of this feature, we will be adding three new system-generated columns to the contact list export for each email address provided per contact. These will be named as follows:
EmailLastAttempt-[Email Column]EmailLastResult-[Email Column]ContactableByEmail-[Email Column]
These new columns will be positioned at the end of the contact list export.These new columns will only appear on the export if you selected an Email Column when importing your contact list.As of now, we are targeting the third week of September for these new columns, but that is subject to change.
