    Hi,

    With the introduction of the new "parked" email functionality - what happens when the agents transfer the parked email back into the originating queue after it has been in park? Does the email get priority over the other emails in that queue? or does it go to the bottom of that queue? What would cause it to rise to the top of the queue?
