  • 1.  Performance View Tabs Closing

    I keep several workspace performance view tabs open. Several weeks ago they suddenly were all closed without warning and the performance workspace just showed the landing page/'open tab'. I ended up going through the exercise of reopening, and in some cases recreating, the tabs I needed, only to have the performance workspace suddenly restored after some time and all the previous tabs once again visible - thereby resulting in duplicates of most tabs. This hadn't recurred - until today. I've refreshed, logged out and back in, restarted my machine - to no avail. Wondering if anyone has had this happen and if so, if there are any other mitigation steps that can be recommended before I recreate each tab and ultimately end up with duplicates?

    Hey Emily,

    That is super strange. I was looking internally to see if there were any issues with a recently release that may have caused this but I didn't see anything in the past few months. All that I was able to find were some changes / new feature releases but those were from 2022 and 2023. I'm not sure what could be done to prevent this in the future either. If you're able to replicate this behavior I would recommend capturing some console and network logs and reaching out to Customer Care.
