  • 1.  Performance Workspace Export

    Hi everyone,

    In performance workspace I created an agent status to capture stats on activities and occupancy.

    When I export in .csv I can't figure out the number calculation.  In PDF it looks beautiful but I can't manipulate. Not understanding how in .csv it takes let's say 1h and transfers into a very large number.  I don't see a gear that I can change it?  Attached is a .pdf version, .csv version of a couple of lines. I can change the last column occupancy into a % however can't figure out how I change the others into mins?

    When you set this up to export, there is a box at the bottom where you have to format your report.     Expand Show Advanced Options - 

    Click on Format Durations, like above and then you can select if you want to have a summary line, exclude empty rows and whether you want to split by media type. (outbound, inbound, email, chat)

    Hi Judy

    Getting closer - thank you.  Is it defaulted to seconds?  The reason I ask is that I have 00:00:00:00 as we have days the export.  Trying to figure out how to turn that into minutes.  If I take the one output of 

     10:49:45.007

    It should be 10 hours 49 mins correct?  If i take that cell (configured as time) and try to convert to number I get an error?  I know now we get into excel :)

    Any light to shed - would appreciate it

    Yes, that would be 10 hours 49 minutes - I am not sure on the other piece.
