Has anyone found a product that will connect to Genesys to show when an individual is on the phone? Like a blinking light?  All the options we have researched won't connect to Genesys, only a desk phone. 

I'll be following this- we would love to have something similar. Right now, we have a few agents with headsets that have a red or green light on the earpiece if they are on a call. Otherwise, there is nothing to notify a passerby they are on a call.
