Physical Polycom Phones won't restart from the Desktop client or web client.

    Hi all,

    I am having some issues restarting our physical phones from both the Desktop and web clients in our org. Sometimes I get lucky and can reboot one or two just fine from the client and some other time nothing happens, and I have to go the web interface to actually restart them from there. Does anyone ever experience the same issue? I also tried using the API endpoints and no luck. Here's the API endpoint that I am using. Any suggestion is very much appreciated. Thank you
