  • 1.  Play a recorded Voicemail for preview outbound campaigns

    In Voice campaign with preview dialing mode, If a preview is offered to an agent and agent dials the call. But the call reaches the voicemail of the user, in this case does agent has to leave voicemail message manually or is there any option to leave a recorded message to users voicemail.
    So, Agent can move on with another call if it reached voicemail.

    Hi Rajath,

    I found a similar post with a response that may work for you: Outbound Dialer - Leave message upon voicemail.  Hopefully this helps or someone else can provide a better solution.
