    When will this enhancement be implemented?  We are new, we used on prem previously and had an ability to pre record agent greeting that will play when agent answers an ACD call.

    this is a hot topic; you can submit to this Idea INB-I-986 .

    It should come in the next weeks (at least the BETA).
