  • 1.  Productivity and Utilization - what does Genesys call them?

    We are new to the Genesys Cloud Family!! 

    Right now, we are struggling with reporting and trying to find the best way to pull reports (Agent and Center Level). Is there any canned reporting anywhere? 

    We previously had Monet/Verint and could easily pull : Out of Adherence, Productivity and Utilization and from what I am researching I just don't see that type of reporting.

    Can someone send me information or best practices on how to get these numbers daily without having to pull a report and calculate it out ourselves. 

    Even ideas on how you are getting it done today -

    Hi Carla -

    Some of this will depend on what metric you are using for what you've outlined. Adherence and conformance are found under Performance, Historical Adherence. Productivity (AHT?) and other metrics you may be interested in are in Workspace, Agent Performance. Something like utilization I don't think is it's own metric, but you can get there from Workspace, Agent Status. In Agent Performance and Status, you can search by individual agent, work teams, or all those reporting to a particular supervisor. You can also save those views, so they are readily available. There are a lot of metrics you can report on, just click the little plus sign on the right-hand side to open up the column (metric) options. 

    But to answer your question, no there are no canned reports.

    You may want to set up groups, as Shannon mentions, then set up the Agent Performance reports to be delivered to you daily.   This would include AHT, which may be how you are measuring Production.
