That certainly does sound odd. I have not heard of any recent reports like that from our internal teams. Were there any recent changes to your network that may affect traffic to or from Genesys Cloud? I would recommend reverting them as they may be blocking the API requests that our platform uses to communicate with the cloud.

for a few days now, our employees have been getting the error that they can no longer select existing "Audio Device Profile".
If you create the profiles again, they work.
Someone has similar experience and knows how to solve the problem?
