We are in the process of migrating to Genesys Cloud from on-prem PureConnect. We have been trying to provision both a Poly IP 550 or VVX 311 but have been unsuccessful. Has anyone been able to provision one of these phone models? They are both listed in Genesys' Resource Center article as supported and compatible.

I assume you are asking about full cloud environment (BYOC C / Voice).

Did you check software versions, as there are some requirements: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/managed-phones-models-and-features-matrix/.
