We have decided to utilize the script option with some of our teams and this has brought on the task of creating new scripts. We have created one but while testing we don't see the information populate in the script window. Does anyone have some tips on integrating the script into the specific queue?

Hi Katie, this one could be a bit of a rabbit hole without knowing your actual setup there.  But you might want to start with looking at the variables you are using to display text in the script, and then look at how those variable values are being set.  If you're relying on participant data, then making sure the variables are set as "input" too.  Let us know a bit more about your script and information setup and we can throw a few more ideas at you :)

You may also want to check the In-Queue flow to make sure it is not trying to pass data to the script as well. I had one that was causing the script to not display the data I wanted.
