QOTM: What's your Epithet?

Hello all your QOTM badge collectors!

Now that September is here and school is back in session, we thought we'd get a little "bookish." Some historical figures have epithets attached to their names, like "The Mad" or "The Wise."

What would you like yours to be and why does that fit you?

If you tell us, you'll earn this cool, custom badge for profile:

I'm happy to kickstart this conversation with what I think my epithet would be:  "Nicole The Sassy." I like to be cheeky, zesty, and always adding a some laughter in a conversation somewhere.

How about you? I think these titles really do tell us a lot about a person and I'd love to get a better insight to your personalities...GO!

I think I would end up being "Amy the Odd", though I would work hard to make something like "Amy the Creative Creature"... the first would be because it's true to how others see me but the second would be because that is how I see myself. I am odd, and I have no shame in letting my freak flag fly but when I am in my little world I am usually knitting, crocheting, sewing, embroidering something, working on a cross stitch, singing, attempting to learn a musical instrument, etc.

I'm cool with the alliteration of "Amy the Odd" though...

Back in high school, a teacher described me as anti-establishmentarian... and then my college choir director did the same thing, though she had no known ties to him. Kind of random for such an uncommon term, but Emily the Anti-Establishmentarian doesn't exactly roll off the tongue. So instead, I shall go with Emily the Random. In celebration of that randomness, my frequent use of the word, and my general quirkiness.

    "Slawdog"

My best friend gave me this nickname in high school. When I asked why, he said, "Who doesn't love a loaded hotdog? It has a little something for everyone and if you don't like it, you can ask to leave it off."

I love the idea that it's a great game-day food, always welcome at a party, goes great with a variety of side items. I get it, it may not be the most prestigious epithet, but I'll wear it pride, right next to my ketchup and mustard stains.

In  a vaguely similar way to Robert I have regularly been caller the Oracle. Sometimes for useful information needed to solve a problem but also many times for things people have no interest in.

As an example of this, the reason Oracle is used stems partly from the British phrase "Page the Oracle" for the Oracle Teletext service in the UK. However, this led me down a rabbit hole of finding out if teletext was a thing in other countries, apparently less so in the USA and also finding it still alive in some parts of the world.

For the young uns you don't know what you are missing with the jokes page on TV and pressing the Reveal button to get the answers.

This could means a better epithet is Richard The Old or Richard the please stop!

This is a tough one, I've been called a lot of things LOL.
Here are a few "Fireball" from a secret agent name game we had recently and also during that time my car caught fire in the parking lot..., "Yin" to even out another manager's Yang, and "Speedy" because I reply to emails quickly or finish tasks quickly, which may make my eyes spin because I'm always bouncing between screens or tabs.

So it took me 3 weeks to think of an answer to this one. I think I'd have to go with "Seean The Scattered". This mainly stems from having 5 kids(soon to be 6) at home and the fact that at any given time, I am pulled in at least 3 directions at once. I call the kids by different names daily, and sometimes I even call them the cats names.
