  • 1.  Remote endpoint 4xx error on Action

    Hello community, 
    I'd like some help investigating errors with dataactions.
    We have a script that adds a row to a datatable each time a new call is made. 
    The script has worked correctly from the start, but now we are getting 'remote endpoint 4xx error'.

    When I test from my machine, I can't reproduce the problem. Is it possible to activate logs or add data participants to help us in our investigation?

    when use /api/v2/flows/datatables/${input.datatableId}/rows/${input.ID}

    Is it possible that network slowness or a proxy on the client side could be causing these errors? And if so, how can we identify it?

    This is a call from Genesys to Genesys, so latency cannot be the issue.  Remember that when updating a table, you MUST supply ALL customer columns on the update and if you leave it blank, it can fail.  I would use Execution History on the flow to see if you are supplying all the fields as needed for the data action.  Also, are you getting 404 or 402?  That can mean the URL you have is wrong or the contact list ID might be wrong.
